This razor is made withRedheart which is a South American hardwood. The handles have 4 coats of a water resistent finish and can be used in the shower. They are not recommended to be submerged for a long period of time.

The razors are made to use Gillette blades and they hold 4 different types: Proglide, Fusion, Skinguard, Proglide Shield.
